Professional Experience
I have been in the commercial real estate industry for over twenty years (since before WorldMark the Club was created!). Aspects of my professional experience that are relevant to service on WorldMark's Board of Directors include:
- Property Management for apartment, office, retail, and condominium developments.
- Management of multi-million dollar construction loans.
- Financial records and reporting to property owners.
- Preparation and enforcement of Bylaws and Declarations for commercial condominium developments.
