WorldMark, the Club - Corporate Structure
The organizational structure of WorldMark is very simple. It consists of five directors and approximately 268,000 members. That's it! All Club functions are handled by Wyndham as our Manager. The Board's responsibility is to represent the interests of those 268,000 members in negotiations with and oversight of the Manager .
