Economic Challenges
Everywhere you look, people are talking about "the economy" or "the current economic situation". It has hit the timeshare development industry hard.
The immediate affect on WorldMark the Club is that Wyndham has put further Club development on indefinite hold. As much as we all like to see new resorts, I think that this hold is actually a good opportunity for the Club. It gives our Board and our management time to switch their focus from developing and serving new resorts and markets to improving the existing systems and services.
