Here is a brief history of who has held positions on the WorldMark Board of Directors. The information is gleaned from the Minutes of meetings of the WorldMark Board of Directors unless otherwise noted. Note that the date listed is the date the term began, NOT the date of the election. IE, the 2006 election was for the 2007 Board.
Where I could find reference to the Director's position at Trendwest, I have listed that title. It is worth noting that when the Board appointed Don Williams in 1994, they made a point of the fact that he is an unaffiliated owner, but "has significant Board and management experience." This would indicate to me that all PREVIOUS Board Members were affiliated with Trendwest or Club Esprit/WorldMark.
