Dave Herrick, Senior VP of Wyndham Resort Development Corp, was appointed to the Board to replace Jack McConnell when McConnell retired in January of 2007. (McConnell, CEO of Cendant Resort Timeshare Group, had been appointed in 2002). Herrick succeeded Gene Hensley as Executive Director for Trendwest in 1998. He was elected President by the Board of Directors in the spring of 2010, upon Gene Hensley's resignation of the position.

John was elected to the Board of Directors of WorldMark in 1994, when David Ceranova chose not to run for re-election. (Ceranova had been named Director at the first Annual Meeting of the club in 1990.) John later accepted a position with Trendwest Resorts, serving as Senior Business Analyst of Trendwest Resorts and then as Director of Strategic Development and Operations of Trendwest South Pacific.
Gene Hensley

Gene has worked for Trendwest Resorts Inc (predecessor to Wyndham Resort Development Company) since 1990. When he was first elected to the WorldMark Board of Directors in 1997, he was serving as Trendwest's Executive Director and Vice President of Operations. He replaced Jeff Sites, CFO of Trendwest, who chose not to run for another term on the Board of Directors. Gene also served as a Trustee for the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), "the trade association for timeshare professionals".

Peggy was appointed to the Board of Directors in May 2005, when Don Harrill (TW President and CEO) resigned. Peggy is VP of Owner Services for Wyndham Resort Development Corp.

Bob Morrison was elected to the Board in 2007, when John Walker chose not to run for re-election. Bob is a career CPA and Corporate Management Consultant, with no professional ties to Trendwest or Wyndham.
